Job Description
The role is primarily focused on ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with cGMP, EU GMP, and ISO standards across all stages of the production process.
Responsibilities
- Ensure line clearance and cleaning checks before batch manufacturing begins.
- Review production documentation during processing to ensure compliance.
- Check retained samples of finished products for quality consistency.
- Summarize data from standard checklists and batch release activities.
- Follow and implement the change control system within area of responsibility.
- Conduct process observations and internal inspections in the production area.
- Review and verify data daily for compliance with MEVAC directives, cGMP, and guidelines.
- Review updated SOPs scientifically and technically in line with EU GMP requirements.
- Coordinate deviation reports and CAPA activities, ensuring timely investigations and closures.
- Support or perform any required tasks to maintain product quality and site compliance with EU GMP.
- Ensure compliance with relevant ISO and EU GMP standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 17025, 50001, CWA 15793).
- Monitor environmental parameters including pressure differentials (∆P) in clean areas.
- Oversee filling and packaging processes to ensure quality control measures are followed.
- Review batch records for poultry antigens as the first reviewer.
- Follow up on necessary corrections in coordination with the responsible personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related technical field.
- Background about QHSE / cGMP and Biorisk management systems.
