Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Linux & OpenShift Infrastructure Engineer to join our Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Red Hat technologies, enterprise Linux and OpenShift platforms design. This role requires a strategic mindset with a focus on scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and infrastructure resilience across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Develop fraud detection rules and Revenue Assurance controls using Neural Technologies solution (Optimus).
- Monitor, analyze, and enhance fraud rules to improve detection effectiveness.
- Develop in-house controls using PL/SQL and Unix Shell/Bash scripting.
- Work with large volumes of data to identify anomalies, suspicious activities, and fraud patterns.
- Automate control investigation processes using RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Develop ETL/mediation feeds using Optimus Data integration tools.
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
· Strong experience working with Telecom Fraud Management Systems (FMS).
· Understanding of Revenue Assurance concepts in a telecom environment.
· Proficiency in SQL and database monitoring (preferably Oracle).
· Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting in Linux/Unix environments.
· Scripting and Dashboard reporting (Shell/Python …etc)
· Ability to analyze application performance and resolve complex incidents.
· Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
