Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern (Recruitment & Selection) to join our HR team at Paymob. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-paced fintech environment and provides a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
-Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
-Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
-Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
-Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
-Assist the HR team with daily recruitment operations
Requirements
-Fresh graduates
-Very good command of English
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Must have a personal laptop
-HR certification is a plus
