As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will analyze market trends, conduct salary surveys, and develop compensation structures. You will also manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting employee engagement. • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs

• Conduct market research and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation

• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management

• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations

• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration

• Strong knowledge of compensation structures and benefits programs

• Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools
