DevOps Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic Tech department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our development and operational processes by implementing best practices in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Your expertise will help streamline our workflows and improve the overall efficiency of our software delivery lifecycle.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate closely with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff to manage code releases and ensure that our systems are robust and scalable. You will also be responsible for automating processes and monitoring system performance, making it essential to have a strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features
Monitor and maintain system performance and reliability
Automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency
Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure security best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
Requirements
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
