We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team . Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and project management to ensure efficient delivery of construction services.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor financial performance, including managing budgets and forecasting to optimize profitability.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Prepare reports for senior management regarding operational performance and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and financial acumen.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across departments.
