HR Generalist | Giza

A leading Printing & Packaging company is looking for a hands-on and responsible HR Generalist to join its team in Moneeb, Giza.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day HR operation, can deal confidently with employees, and is ready to take ownership of key HR activities.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and personnel activities.
• Handle and maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR documentation.
• Prepare and manage monthly payroll and ensure accurate employee data and attendance records.
• Support the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on the company's requirements.
• Handle employee-related requests and ensure proper follow-up and documentation.
• Support HR activities related to the company's blue-collar workforce.
• Coordinate and maintain employee records, attendance, and other HR-related documentation.
• Ensure HR documents are properly organized and updated.
• Support the Business Owner with day-to-day HR matters and employee-related issues.
• Follow up on HR administrative tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.

• 2+ year of experience in HR.
• Hands-on experience in payroll, recruitment, interviews, and personnel.
• Experience dealing with blue-collar employees is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
• Strong personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Good English communication skills.

• Company Headcount: Around 140 employees, including approximately 120 blue-collar workers
