Production / Operation Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Production / Operations professional to join our team in the Advertising, Finishing & Branding industry. The role will be responsible for coordinating and following up on production and installation activities, with a strong focus on Cladding and Acrylic Signage.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Cladding and Acrylic works, good coordination and follow-up skills, and basic knowledge of 3D Design and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day production and operations activities.
Follow up on the production and fabrication of Cladding and Acrylic signage.
Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, production teams, and installation teams.
Review project requirements, drawings, measurements, materials, and specifications.
Follow up on production schedules, quality, and delivery timelines.
Ensure Cladding and Acrylic products are fabricated according to the required specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate and follow up on on-site installation and finishing activities.
Identify and resolve production or installation issues in coordination with the relevant teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from production through final installation.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare and provide regular updates on production and operational activities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Production, Operations, or a related role.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Cladding and Acrylic Signage.
Experience in the Advertising, Finishing, Branding, Signage, or related industry is preferred.
Basic knowledge of 3D Design.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Average English level.
Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Engineering degree is not mandatory.
