Marketing & CRM Intern

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & CRM Intern to support our marketing initiatives, customer engagement activities, and CRM campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of marketing concepts, good analytical skills, and an interest in social media, content creation, and data analysis. This role offers fresh graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaign execution, CRM management, performance reporting, and event coordination while working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Support the execution of marketing and CRM campaigns.

• Assist in managing customer engagement and retention activities.

• Monitor campaign performance and track key KPIs.

• Prepare reports and support marketing activities.

• Assist in managing social media activities and preparing content for social media posts.

• Support the planning, coordination, and promotion of company events.
