Concept Training Institute is seeking an experience driven Marketing and growth manager to lead its marketing strategy , accelerate business growth and support the company's expansion plans .

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses , driving revenue growth and translating marketing strategies into measurable commercial results , This role requires a strategic leader with strong expertise in market expansion and team leadership.

المسؤوليات

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business growth, revenue, and expansion objectives.

  • Lead market research , competitor analysis , and opportunity assessment to identify new market ,locations , and growth channels.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support business expansion, new branch launches, and market penetration.

  • Lead , develop and manage the Marketing team , establishing clear performance standards and measurable objectives.

  • present strategic recommendation and growth plans to senior management, supported by market insights , performance data, and business projections.

المتطلبات

  • 10-12 years of progressive marketing experience, including significant leadership and strategic planning exposure.

  • previous experience in expanding a business into new markets , launching new locations , or developing scalable growth strategies is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of revenue growth, conversion rates , ROI , and business performance KPIs.

  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business objective.

  • Strong commercial mindset, strategic thinking , analytical skills , and executive- level communication.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and driven results in a growth oriented environment.

  • Experience in Education and training industry is highly preferred.
