Job Summary: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content across all social media platforms. The role includes developing strategies to increase followers, engage with our community, and promote our products effectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics and will use that knowledge to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with Eatigo Food’s business goals.
• Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to inform future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and message.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize paid content for maximum reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to generate fresh ideas for engaging content.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in promoting food products through social media.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
