We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimum performance and reliability of our heavy construction machinery and equipment, contributing to project efficiency and safety.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on construction equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports on equipment status.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align maintenance efforts with project schedules.
- Manage equipment spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components for timely repairs.
- Implement safety and compliance procedures while performing maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within the construction or heavy machinery industry.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and engine diagnostics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance management software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
