We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our financial team at [Company Name], a leading organization in the construction industry with over 500 employees. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing financial reporting, overseeing compliance, and supporting various projects that reflect our commitment to excellence in construction operations.

- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
- Support budget preparation and forecasting processes by analyzing historical data and identifying trends.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, oversee tax reporting, and liaise with external auditors during audits.
- Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the reliability of financial reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, cost tracking, and financial performance evaluations for ongoing construction projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role within the construction or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of identifying discrepancies and variances.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
