Storekeeper

The Storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring that all materials, tools, and equipment are organized, accessible, and accounted for at our construction sites. This role is vital to maintaining smooth operations and supporting project timelines by effectively coordinating the supply chain and maintaining stock levels.
المسؤوليات
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment; document discrepancies with suppliers.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock audits and maintaining accurate records in the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability.
- Prepare and issue materials and tools as required to project teams, while monitoring usage and returning unused items.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area; ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in handling materials.
المتطلبات
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or warehousing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
