We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Superintendent (Technicians Manager) to lead our technical teams at one of the foremost construction firms. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all technical operations are executed with excellence, safety, and adherence to project timelines. The Superintendent will manage teams of skilled technicians, oversee project execution, and facilitate communication between various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

- Oversee and manage daily operations of technicians on multiple construction sites.
- Ensure safety standards and protocols are followed on all projects to minimize accidents.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to technicians to enhance skill levels and efficiency.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
- Resolve technical issues and obstacles that arise during project execution in a timely manner.
- Compile and maintain accurate records of project progress and technician performance.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of technicians.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
