We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations within the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring timely distribution of materials, and optimizing warehouse productivity to support our construction projects. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset and strong organizational skills to enhance efficiency and promote safety in our warehouse environment.

- Manage all warehouse operations including inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff and implement best practices for warehouse management.
- Coordinate with construction project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Monitor and maintain safety standards to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure proper training and development for warehouse staff and promote a culture of teamwork.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to minimize costs while maximizing efficiency.
المتطلبات
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar managerial role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management software and databases.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in inventory management and logistics principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
