Maintenance Manager

•       Manage the communication & implementation of safety rules established by the H&S department to prevent potential risk for employees and equipment & that safe work rules and practices are implemented and consistently followed by company employees and subcontractors. •       Development and optimization of the maintenance strategy, processes and technologies while setting up and implementing an operational action plan to increase improved productivity. •       Ensure, upon completion of repairs, that equipment is in good operating condition, fully inspected, tested, clean and safe in order to meet operational requirements. •       Plan, organize, direct, lead and control of all preventives, corrective & predictive maintenance activities, plant shutdowns, spare parts management using computerized planning software and doing required improvements ensuring Optimum usage of all resources including manpower, time and materials. •       Coach the preparation of maintenance budgets ensuring technical justification of maintenance operations and manage the weekly and monthly gap analysis of maintenance budget and maintenance performance indicators. •       Develop and follow up the implementation of an effective preventive and predictive maintenance program to increase machine uptime and resulting increase in productivity to support and meet maintenance objectives. •  Analyze and propose solutions on recurring problems of equipment reliability or problems concerning safety conditions and contributes to the conception, design, acceptation and integration of new equipment and improvements or installations
