- Supervise the conception and execution of engineering designs.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure designs comply with engineering standards, codes, and specifications.
- Review and approve final designs and technical drawings before production release.
- Ensure technical coordination between different disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and communications with stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
- Maintain project documentation, including calculations, correspondences, and approvals.
- Lead and manage the technical design team, including engineers and designers.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and other departments.
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors and communicate issues to senior management.
- Implement quality control processes and ensure all work meets the highest standards.
- Verify that all designs and documents comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
