Job Description

    • Supervise the conception and execution of engineering designs.
    • Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure designs comply with engineering standards, codes, and specifications.
    • Review and approve final designs and technical drawings before production release.
    • Ensure technical coordination between different disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering.
    • Manage project schedules, budgets, and communications with stakeholders.
    • Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
    • Maintain project documentation, including calculations, correspondences, and approvals.
    • Lead and manage the technical design team, including engineers and designers.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and other departments.
    • Negotiate with suppliers and contractors and communicate issues to senior management.
    • Implement quality control processes and ensure all work meets the highest standards.
    • Verify that all designs and documents comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
