Civil Technical Office BIM Engineer

Responsible for developing and coordinating civil BIM models, preparing technical documentation, and supporting project execution through accurate drawings, quantity take-offs, and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Develop and maintain Civil BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, construction drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and design coordination using Navisworks.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material schedules from BIM models.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and respond to RFIs, technical submittals, and design clarifications.
• Coordinate with site and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure constructability.
• Update BIM models based on design changes and site requirements.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and client requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3 - 5 Years of Experience in Infrastructure Projects
• Experience in BIM Models with LOD500 For Electrical\civil Infrastructure Works With Full Coordination with The Other Disciplines Such as Wet Utilities & Roads Works
• Experience with All 2D Layout (Shop drawing) - Q.S Sheets - All Data Related to Execution (Survey)
• Proficiency in The Following Programs: Civil 3D , Navisworks , Inventor , Auto CAD 2D & MS Office
