Junior Electrical Tender Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Tender Engineer to support the preparation of technical and commercial tenders for electrical projects, ensuring accurate pricing and timely submissions.

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to understand project requirements.
• Assist in preparing electrical quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Collect and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to support competitive pricing.
• Prepare technical and commercial tender documents in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Assist in reviewing electrical designs, specifications, and material requirements.
• Support technical clarifications, value engineering, and tender revisions.
• Coordinate with Technical, Procurement, Commercial, and Project teams during the tendering process.
• Maintain accurate cost data, quotations, and tender documentation.
• Ensure tender submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in tendering, estimation, technical office, or electrical contracting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of LV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, and electrical equipment.
• Good understanding of BOQs, quantity take-offs, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a technical and commercial environment.
• Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or contracting projects is a plus.
