Now Hiring: Odoo Specialist (Inventory & Operations) Enablers People Management is hiring for one of its clients 📍 Cairo, Egypt | Full-time | On-site Join a well-established fashion retail brand and take ownership of their Odoo system, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient operations across inventory and daily workflows.

المسؤوليات

  • Manage and optimize Odoo across Inventory, Sales, and basic Accounting flows
  • Ensure accurate stock tracking (inbound, outbound, transfers)
  • Monitor and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
  • Identify system gaps and improve operational workflows
  • Generate reports on stock movement, slow-moving items, and performance
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper system usage
  • Train team members and enforce process discipline on Odoo

المتطلبات

  • 1–3 years of experience working with Odoo (Inventory is a must)
  • Strong understanding of stock control and warehouse operations
  • Experience in retail or fashion is a plus
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage both system work and on-ground operations
