Sales Supervisor Real Estate Developer, West Cairo

Employment: Full-time, on-site

We're hiring Sales Supervisors to lead property consultant teams in our West Cairo sales operation.

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of property consultants

• Set and track team targets, and run daily and weekly sales follow-ups

• Help consultants close complex deals and handle escalations

• Monitor lead distribution, pipeline and CRM data

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager

• Take part in hiring, onboarding and training new consultants

• Coordinate with marketing, contracts and customer service

• 6+ years in real estate sales, including at least 2 years leading a team at a developer

• Strong knowledge of the West Cairo market and competing projects

• Proven record of hitting team targets

• Strong leadership, reporting and people-management skills

• Very good English; good with CRM and MS Office

• Bachelor's degree
