Senior Sales Real Estate Developer, West Cairo

Location: Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October
Employment: Full-time, on-site

We're looking for experienced Senior Property Consultants who have a client base and a strong closing record on the developer side.

• Close high-value deals and manage key and VIP clients

• Generate your own leads and use your existing client network

• Handle negotiations on pricing, payment plans and contracts

• Support and mentor junior consultants

• Give market feedback on pricing, competitors and client demand

• Meet individual sales targets and help the team hit its numbers

• 4–6 years in real estate sales, at least 2 of them with a developer

• Proven sales record in West Cairo projects

• An active client portfolio

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills

• Very good English

• Bachelor's degree
