Export Logistics Specialist

1.   Shipment Coordination
·       Prepare and follow up export shipment bookings.
·       Coordinate loading dates with factory and logistics partners.
2.   Export Process Execution
·       Follow up on customs clearance and inspection arrangements.
·       Ensure timely shipment release and departure.
3.   Communication & Follow-up
·       Communicate shipment status to internal stakeholders.
·       Follow up on delays, changes, or operational issues.
4.   Record Keeping
·       Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration,
• or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in export logistics or shipping coordination.
• Experience handling export shipments for food or FMCG products is preferred.

 
Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of export shipping workflows.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, shipping terms, and container booking processes.
• Good documentation accuracy and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
• Fluent Arabic and working English
