Job Description

To execute daily export logistics tasks, including preparing documents, coordinating with freight forwarders, and tracking shipments to ensure smooth export operations.

Responsibilities

1.   Shipment Coordination
·       Prepare and follow up export shipment bookings.
·       Coordinate loading dates with factory and logistics partners.
2.   Export Process Execution
·       Follow up on customs clearance and inspection arrangements.
·       Ensure timely shipment release and departure.
3.   Communication & Follow-up
·       Communicate shipment status to internal stakeholders.
·       Follow up on delays, changes, or operational issues.
4.   Record Keeping
·       Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration,
or related field.
2–5 years of experience in export logistics or shipping coordination.
Experience handling export shipments for food or FMCG products is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of export shipping workflows.
Familiarity with Incoterms, shipping terms, and container booking processes.
Good documentation accuracy and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
Fluent Arabic and working English
