Retail Sales Representative

Sales & Customer Visits:

• Conduct daily sales calls to retail outlets according to route plans.
• Take orders and ensure accurate entry into the ordering system.
• Achieve individual sales targets for volume and value.

In-Store Execution:

• Ensure proper product display, shelf placement, and visibility.
• Implement trade promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market feedback

Account Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and owners.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Reporting:

• Submit daily call reports and sales activity updates.

➢ Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

➢ Experience

• 1+ years of sales experience in FMCG or retail.

➢ Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
