To provide expert advisory and functional guidance on Oracle Fusion ERP, ensuring optimal utilization of the system across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR modules. The role acts as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, driving best practices, system improvements, and user adoption.

المسؤوليات

Functional Advisory:

  • Advise business units (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR) on Oracle Fusion best practices.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle solutions aligned with standard functionalities.

 
System Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing Oracle configurations and workflows.
  • Guide users on leveraging new features from quarterly Oracle updates.

 
Project Support:

  • Support new module implementations as functional lead.
  • Review requirements, CRP, UAT, and training materials.

 
User Training & Support:

  • Conduct training sessions for key users and super users.
  • Create documentation, user guides, and FAQs.

 
Process Improvement:

  • Map business processes to Oracle capabilities and identify gaps.
  • Recommend process re-engineering to maximize system benefits.

 
Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure Oracle usage complies with internal controls and audit requirements.

المتطلبات

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • + 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementations and Maintenance.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process
  • Oracle certifications (OCA/OCP) preferred
  • Deep expertise in at least two modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing).
  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries is required. 

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Application Administration.
  • Strong knowledge in roles and security
  • Proven Experience on Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, all type of data loaders,
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud (OCI) is an advantage

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations (head office and factory).
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
