Export Operations Specialist - Freight forwarding

• Manage all export operations and documentation, including:Shipping declarations
• Booking confirmations
• Final shipping declarations
• Draft approval and verification
• Bill of Lading (BL) issuance
• Commercial invoice issuance

Manage and coordinate bookings with various shipping lines.
Review factory and trader documentation to ensure compliance with export customs clearance requirements, according to the nature of the goods.
Conduct daily follow-ups and coordination with:

• Clients
• Overseas agents
• Trucking companies
• Customs brokers
• Relevant authorities
• Other service providers

Manage and process DAP and DDP shipments efficiently and ensure proper coordination throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all shipment details into the company’s system.
Issue invoices to clients and agents in accordance with approved sales quotations.
Verify the accuracy and authenticity of all operational and financial documents.
Provide timely shipment updates to clients and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients, overseas agents, and service providers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Age: Preferably not exceeding 30 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and export operations.
• Proven experience in export documentation and procedures.
• Solid knowledge of:
• Shipping lines and their procedures
• Freight forwarding processes
• Export regulations and requirements
• Experience dealing with shipping lines and overseas agents is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Faculty of Commerce graduate is highly preferred, particularly:
• English Section / Customs Section
• Alexandria, Egypt resident is required
