We are seeking a Chief Technical Officer Engineer to lead our technical engineering team within our dynamic construction company. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a robust engineering background, as well as the ability to drive innovation and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will oversee the technical direction of projects, support the integration of technology, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate our engineering processes.

- Develop and implement the company's engineering strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure technical feasibility and sound engineering practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies and innovative engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in all engineering practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth and encouraging collaboration.
- Oversee technical documentation and ensure accurate reporting and communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with projects, implementing proactive strategies to address potential issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, both internally and externally, assuring clarity and effectiveness in communication.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices, building design principles, and relevant codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex engineering projects from conception through completion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of working collaboratively across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
