We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while maintaining strict compliance with safety regulations.

المسؤوليات

  • Oversee and manage the construction of civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop effective project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services needed for project execution.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety measures on-site to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, schedules, and any potential roadblocks.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with careful attention to detail.
  • Preferrable hotel construction experience.
