We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team within the construction industry. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and managing project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our success in delivering quality projects on time and within budget.

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary project information.
- Perform regular schedule updates and communicate changes to stakeholders effectively.
- Analyze project performance and prepare reports on schedule trends and forecasts.
- Identify potential delays and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
- Support the project team in resource allocation and optimization.
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Assist with the development of project initiation documents and reports.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Experience with earned value management (EVM) techniques and reporting.
