We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading construction company. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and coordinating project scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

- Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate planning software.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align project goals and resources.
- Monitor project progress, track variances, and prepare status reports for management.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Optimize resource allocation and allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in project meetings, providing insights on scheduling and planning adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all planning processes.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior planning engineers as needed.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequences, and schedules.
- Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
