We are seeking a highly skilled Site/Senior Site MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team at [Company Name]. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems aspects of our construction projects, ensuring quality, timely, and safe execution aligned with project objectives.

- Manage and supervise all MEP works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to optimize MEP systems integration.
- Review and approve shop drawings and materials submissions related to MEP installations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the site team and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, schedule adherence, and budget tracking for MEP components.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving MEP-related issues during construction and commissioning phases.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports regarding site progress and compliance for MEP installations.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering within the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a site management role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and relevant building codes and standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and MEP design tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other advanced construction technologies is a plus.
