We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fraud Analyst to join our team in the Outsourcing/Offshoring sector. This position is critical in supporting our commitment to protecting clients and their assets from fraudulent activity. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills and investigative techniques to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with fraudulent practices in financial transactions and operational processes.

- Analyze transaction data and client accounts to identify fraudulent activity and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fraud detection and prevention strategies.
- Conduct thorough investigations of suspected fraud cases and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Monitor, review, and analyze reports generated by fraud detection tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices in fraud prevention and detection.
- Educate clients and team members on potential fraud risks and fraud prevention strategies.
- Support the development of fraud detection systems and assist in testing their effectiveness.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, or similar technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the financial services or outsourcing industry.
