R&D Specialist " Veterinary Graduates "

The R&D specialist will handle daily R&D activities, including experiments, data documentation, and cell culture work, while ensuring full compliance with SOPs, biosafety, and GMP standards. Supports experiment design, vaccine development tasks, and preparation of reports and presentations. Manages SAP entries, maintains inventory and proper labeling of materials, and provides technical support to the team.

·    Perform daily routine R&D poultry molecular work and ensure accurate documentation of all activities. ·    Conduct laboratory experiments as assigned by the R&D Manager or Deputy, following approved SOPs and biosafety guidelines. ·    Assist in designing and proposing new experiments aligned with R&D goals and project milestones. ·    Record, analyze, and report stability data to support regulatory submissions and product improvements. ·    Participate in development and optimization of recombinant vector vaccines, including plasmid design, sequence analysis, and genetic construct verification when needed. ·    Perform routine cell culture work, including preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of cell lines (e.g., CEF or other vaccine-production cells), ensuring sterility, viability, and readiness for recombinant vector vaccine experiments and seed stock preparation. ·    Ensure adherence to biosafety, biosecurity, and GMP standards during all experimental work. ·    Record all daily SAP system entries related to materials, consumption, and workflow. ·    Maintain adequate stock levels of all R&D materials, reagents, consumables, and PPE. ·    Maintain proper storage, labeling, and traceability of all reagents and biological materials. ·    Generate purchase orders and track consumption to ensure uninterrupted lab operations. ·    Prepare experimental reports, technical summaries, and white papers as required. ·    Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate experiment design, outcomes, and recommendations. . Provide technical assistance to teammates and support junior staff in skill development

·      Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: (Veterinary Medicine -Microbiology -Molecular Biology -Biotechnology - Bacteriology- Biochemistry) ·      Knowledge about the standard quality system and GMP ·      English language (good in conversation and writing) ·      Computer skills
