Job Purpose:
Paymob’s product team is looking for a content writer who understands UX writing, SEO best practices, and brand-centered storytelling. They will craft various content types ,including product centric content, UX writing in feature/product flows, collaborate with marketing on website content, and they will own and manage the Content Strategy for the product and company. They will research industry topics and trends, revise and edit in-flow content, and collaborate with designers, PMs and marketers to ensure brand and product consistency. Ideal candidates will be creative, strategic, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

• Write content that promotes our products personality and tone
• Revise and edit content before release
• Stay current on marketing and general industry trends to augment content development
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in branding, style, and messaging.
• Develop content that pushes Paymob’s personality to the forefront through content strategy and creativity
• Produce quality writing that connects with our users.
• Develop and maintain a consistent tone and voice across the products
• Promote Paymob’s mission and vision through clear, compelling content
• Complete content tasks within project specifications and deadlines
• Ensure what we are seeing in the products is inline with what is outlined in the content strategy
• Proactively suggest changes in the current experience

• 4-5 years as a content writer
• Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Impeccable use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Creative and strategic-thinking skills
• Compelling writing style, voice, and tone
• Portfolio of relevant content samples
• Ability to collaborate with teams and departments, and receive and give feedback
• Exceptional skills in both English and Arabic
• Experience using content management systems
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Proficiency in web-based research and SEO best practices
