Sales Operations Executive

To ensure high service levels for OT customers through effective order management, stock availability, distribution, and delivery tracking across sites and channels.
To monitor customer inventory, sell-in vs. sell-out, and order fulfillment to support forecasting, target achievement, and business continuity.
To provide performance insights and collaborate with customers, KAMs, and internal teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive service excellence.

• Order placement (Excel to SAP)

• Manage stocks between sites for OT channel

• Monitor the distribution and track all orders (order trip)

• Report and manage service level for customers and CFR across sites/doors

• Report on order trips during the week

• Market visits for the doors that have issues

• Meet with customers to discuss the service level and orders by SKUs

• Prepare customers' stock reports and monitor sell-in vs. sell-out to be part of the monthly target and forecasting

• Stock again in RETC to follow up with OTC and CP&A

• Meet with his manager to present a report on all tasks after the end of the month

• Meet with top customers with KAM to discuss the service level, orders, sell-in vs. sell-out, and customers' stocks

• Meet with his manager and the channel head to present a report on all tasks during the quarter

• Education: Bachelor’s degree

• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or FMCG.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Good PowerPoint skills for preparing business reports and presentations.

  • Experience with SAP and order-processing systems.

  • Ability to analyze customer stock, Sell-in vs. Sell-out, service level, and order fulfillment data.
