We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our growing IT team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify issues before products reach our clients, enhancing our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and use cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and discrepancies using a bug tracking system.
- Perform regression testing and user acceptance testing to ensure software meets desired functionality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements, design tests, and fix software issues prior to release.
- Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to align on project goals and milestones.
- Provide feedback on usability and functionality to improve user experience and interface design.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role in an IT environment, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or JUnit, is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and suggest improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
