Test Wuzzuf is searching for a driven and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing with a focus on automation and manual testing techniques in the Information Technology and Computer Software/Hardware domain.

المسؤوليات

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design specifications.
Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and compliance issues before product release.
Collaborate with software developers and project managers to understand application features and functionality.
Analyze test results and document findings, making recommendations for improvement based on analysis.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on functionality, usability, and maintainability of software applications.
Maintain testing documentation and reporting metrics to track patterns and improvements over time.
Identify areas for process improvement, create test case documentation, and contribute to the development of best practices in testing.

المتطلبات

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in the IT and Computer Software/Hardware industry.
Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Ability to analyze complex software systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
