Maintenance Area Manager

The Maintenance Area Manager is responsible for managing and directing all maintenance activities within the assigned area, ensuring the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance contracts, outsourced services, and ongoing projects. The role focuses on maintaining equipment reliability, ensuring service quality, coordinating with operations and support functions, and achieving maintenance performance targets.
المسؤوليات
- Follow up on the execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and ensure planned maintenance orders are completed on schedule.
- Follow up on corrective and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor the quality of maintenance work orders and ensure they are properly executed and closed.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out according to approved plans, procedures, and quality standards.
- Follow up on maintenance reports and ensure required corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure contracted maintenance activities are completed according to agreed schedules, scope, and quality requirements.
- Review outsourced maintenance reports and follow up on outstanding actions and deficiencies.
- Monitor and follow up on all Out-of-Order (OOO) equipment within the assigned area.
- Ensure OOO equipment is assessed, prioritized, and returned to service within the required timeframe.
المتطلبات
- Minimum 10 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Proven experience in Facility Maintenance is required.
- Strong experience in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
- Experience in maintenance contracts, spare-parts management, purchasing follow-up, and maintenance reporting.
- Experience monitoring equipment downtime and Out-of-Order (OOO) equipment.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
