As a Retail Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will engage with customers on the sales floor, assist them with product selections, and ensure a welcoming environment. You will also handle transactions, manage inventory, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

• Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in retail or customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills for handling transactions
