This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP (Oracle) product owner. The Product Owner will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that product features align with business objectives and user needs. The role involves managing and prioritizing the product backlog, gathering and documenting requirements, and leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Must be residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama 
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
• Experience in business analysis, managing product development, and support.
• Familiarity with product management tools like Jira.
