Responsible for driving sales and profitability across bakery departments by analyzing performance, developing effective production plans, and implementing strategies to improve sales and reduce stagnant stock. The role ensures compliance with quality, hygiene, and standardized processes while leading, training, and supporting bakery teams to maintain high product quality and customer satisfaction.

- Supervise bakery supervisors and support team leadership.
- Provide training to enhance staff skills and maintain product quality.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through feedback monitoring.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 7 years’ experience in same title.
- Good English is necessary.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
