About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join the team and help ensure that clients of one of the world's leading engineering and design software companies operating in the Egyptian market are using genuine and properly licensed software.

The role involves providing the necessary legal review, guidance, documentation, and follow-up to support software licensing compliance.

• Review clients' current and potential software licensing status and verify compliance with licensing agreements.

• Prepare compliance assessment reports and document any violations or gaps identified.

• Provide clients with legal guidance on regularizing their licensing status through programs approved by the parent company.

• Coordinate with the company team to follow up on non-compliance cases and escalate them to the relevant parties when necessary.

• Prepare legal responses and official correspondence related to software licensing disputes.

• Support client awareness initiatives regarding software compliance and related procedures.

• Prepare periodic reports for management on the level of software licensing compliance in the Egyptian market.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

• Previous experience in legal compliance, intellectual property, or software licensing.

• Good knowledge of software licensing regulations and intellectual property rights.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients.

• Ability to prepare legal reports and correspondence in both Arabic and English.

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases and data simultaneously.
