• Source candidates through your own channels, network, and referrals

• Screen CVs and run phone screens against the role brief

• Submit qualified shortlists on time and in our tracker format

• Keep candidates engaged and updated until offer and joining

• Share market feedback on salaries, availability, and competition for the role

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

• Proven hiring track record in at least one industry

• Strong sourcing skills: Boolean search, talent mapping, and the ability to reach passive candidates

• Able to deliver quality shortlists under tight deadlines

• Professional, responsive, and well organized

• Reliable internet and your own laptop

• Performance-based earnings: you’re paid a commission on every successful hire, so your income grows with your results
