
HoReCa Sales Manager

We are looking for an aggressive, driven HORECA Sales Manager to lead our market expansion, build, and close in equal measure. In this role, you will be a key player in expanding our market presence and solidifying our reputation as a leader in the HORECA food and beverage sector. You will own our commercial funnel across hotels, restaurants, and cafes, identify new business opportunities, and build strong partnerships. This is a hands-on, player role: you will carry an individual revenue target for key accounts, lead and mentor the sales team, and take end-to-end ownership of driving growth while solving operational and distribution bottlenecks across Egypt.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue and volume targets across the HORECA sector.
Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our market presence, identify new client opportunities, and capture untapped segments.
Conduct market research to track F&B trends, competitor pricing, and potential new distribution channels across Egypt.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and cafes to closing and retention.
Build, maintain, and deepen strong client relationships with executive chefs, F&B directors, and purchasing managers.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts, supply agreements, and custom product listings.
monitor the sales team, providing regular coaching to drive individual and collective performance growth.
Increase average order value and brand visibility through strategic cross-selling, product bundling, and menu placements.
Run targeted campaigns to reactivate inactive accounts, introduce new imported specialty lines, and prepare weekly/monthly sales performance and collection reports.
المتطلبات
3–6 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for background within the HORECA food and beverage sector in Egypt.
Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a proven track record of acquiring new key accounts and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Strong Arabic and English communication, presentation, and high-level negotiation skills.
Established network and relationships with hospitality decision-makers and restaurant groups.
Exceptional analytical abilities, capable of managing pipelines and tracking commercial KPIs.
Skilled in sales tools and MS Office for data-driven performance analysis.
Bachelor’s degree, with an educational background in business administration, marketing, or sales preferred.
Hands-on, field-oriented mindset with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular client visits.
Preferred Background
Candidates with prior experience handling imported specialty foods, gourmet dairy, premium beverages, fresh/frozen proteins, or luxury hospitality supplies in Egypt are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior exposure to major hotel chains (Marriott, Hilton, Accor, etc.) and top restaurants will be considered a significant advantage.
