Customer Success Specialist - WUZZUF

Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with a good understanding of the employment market. HeShe will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing successful programs, contributing to sales, onboarding, and training clients, and minimizing churn.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you should also be able to provide insights to our clients on recent business trends and improve customer experience through product support and tailored solutions
Responsibilities
- Develops a customer relationship that promotes product or solution usage, retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
- Acts as a point of contact between the client and other internal teams regarding the client’s feedback.
- Follows up with clients on the status of vacancies and optimizes the workflow to meet required KPIs and targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging our services effectively and finding value in our services
- Work closely with the Sales team and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal with the assistance of the sales team
- Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage
- Work closely on retaining different accounts and clients
Requirements
- Very good to Fluent oral and written English
- At least 1-3 years of experience. In recruitment or the Call Center field is a Plus
- Previous experience with online recruitment is a bonus
- Good experience with CRM tools
- Superior phone Communication skills
- Attention to details
- Willingness to learn and develop in the recruitment field
