DevOps Engineer (Mid to Sr. level)

About the Role
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, run, and improve the infrastructure behind our products, making sure our platforms are fast, stable, and secure for millions of users.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to make releases faster and safer

• Manage and improve our AWS infrastructure and production environments

• Monitor system performance, availability, and cost, and fix issues before they affect users

• Automate manual tasks and infrastructure setup (Infrastructure as Code)

• Lead incident response and do root cause analysis after issues

• Apply security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines

• Work closely with engineering teams to support smooth development and deployment

• Document systems, processes, and runbooks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles

• Experience in marketplace, product-based companies, or DevOps outsourcing is a plus

• Technical skills:

  • Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Route 53, ELB, CloudFront)

  • Strong Linux skills (Ubuntu / Debian) and scripting (Bash, Python)

  • Docker and Kubernetes

  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)

  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible)

  • Web servers and databases (Nginx, MySQL, Redis)

  • Monitoring and logging (Grafana, ELK, New Relic, Sentry)

  • Good understanding of networking and security basics
