About the Role
We're looking for a Treasury Accountant to oversee bank transactions and invoicing, ensuring our cash records are always accurate and reliable.
Responsibilities
● Record and track all bank transactions (payments, receipts, transfers).
● Prepare and review bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
● Process and match invoices with bank payments.
● Work closely with the Collection team to match customer payments received in the bank with open invoices.
● Keep daily cash and bank balances updated.
● Prepare simple treasury reports for the Senior AP Accountant.
● Keep all bank documents and records organized and ready for audit.
● Support month-end closing tasks related to cash and banks.
Key Stakeholders
● External: Banks (transactions, statements, and invoice-related follow-ups).
● Internal: Collection team (matching customer payments and updating collection status).
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
● 1–2 years of experience in any accounting role.
● Experience in a services company is a plus.
● Good knowledge of basic accounting and bank reconciliations.
● Good Excel skills.
● Very good English level at least.
● High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
● Organized and able to meet deadlines.
